A discussion of CPSC reporting decisions from the perspective of the regulated community, including consumer product manufacturers, retailers, and non-governmental attorneys.  Discussion will include critical issues a company has to be aware of and consider when attempting to determine if a matter should be reported, and if not, what steps to take to be able to defend the determination.  Discussion will include audience interaction to explore the critical thinking necessary in applying the CPSC staff guidance of “When in doubt – Report”.
